If you are a Spider-Man fan, you might be curious to figure out where exactly in the NYC boroughs Spider-Man lives! Peter Parker lives in Queens. We all know that but which part! Turns out the high school student resides in Forest Hills and even has a fictions address printed on his Marvel license.
Where Does Spider-Man Live?
We all know that Peter Parker grew up living with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben, but have you ever thought about the exact address? I did but for a very good reason! I’m from Queens – Astoria to be specific. While watching all the Spider-Man movies, I knew they weren’t saying he grew up anyway near my part of town. I thought it was somewhere like Bayside or Queens Village. But it turns out that Spider-Man’s address is actually in Forest Hills.
20 Ingram Street, Forest Hills NY to be specific.
So, there you have it! Spider-Man grew up in Forest Hills. Now, you KNOW. It’s not just Queens! Peter Parker is from Forest Hills.
But let’s talk about where the actual movie shots were filmed! Because if you are from Queens, you KNOW that Forest Hills doesn’t particularly look like the scenes that are represented in all of the Spider-Man movies.
On location took place in Brooklyn (specifically Windsor Terrace) and Woodside in Queens – which makes a heck of a lot more sense. I’m surprised they didn’t do any shooting in Bayside if I am being honest with you. Those row houses scream North Flushing.
Are you planning on visiting Spider-Man’s childhood home?
